Quinoa is rich with vitamins that your body naturally needs. It is also gluten free and is considered a protein, which both are healthy for your body. There are different ways to put together a quinoa breakfast bowl with plenty of healthy ingredients for a healthy breakfast to start your day. Here is one recipe for a cinnamon quinoa bowl from the Love and Lemons blog.

Directions: 1) Rinse the quinoa, 2) Put the stove on high, insert the quinoa, almond milk, and salt into the saucepan. Once it is to a simmer, turn the heat down and cover the pan for about 15 minutes, 3) Let it sit for a while before eating, make sure the milk is absorbed, 4) Place as many fruits and nuts as you like.
